The boarding house is quite comfortable, plus the beautiful view, strategic location, close to snacks, but the downside is that there are no towels or prayer mats provided and we were not told from the beginning when to check out because it was the first time we got there, so we were a bit surprised when we came home from playing, suddenly we were told to check out at 11 without tidying up this and that. Luckily, the boarding house manager was very kind, telling us to tidy up, take a shower first, and get ready to check out even though it was past the scheduled time, but it was okay, very satisfying, hhee.

When I checked in, the staff was nowhere to be found. I waited in the lobby alone, luckily an ojol driver was waiting for me, I was afraid of fraud. It turned out that after waiting for half an hour, he just came. The number on the application could not be contacted. Searching for the boarding house number on Maps was also wrong and could not be contacted. Luckily there was the owner's number posted on the wall. If there wasn't, I don't know what would have happened. I got the top room. The hallway was pitch black, the room was dirty and dusty. Lots of mosquitoes. There were blood splatters on the sheets that had not been cleaned. The AC was on but not working properly. The cupboard was stuck and could not be opened. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Finally, in the middle of the night I decided to look for another place to stay because I was not comfortable with the environment. Rather than getting mentally stressed because I stayed here. I'm really sorry to have to give this review because the reality was like this yesterday. Hopefully it can be improved

The parking CCTV wasn't on, I lost my bag in that area, it couldn't be tracked via CCTV.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great AC, quiet, not noisy, like at home, lots of snacks and food around the hotel.
