It's always fun to stay at the Tentrem Hotel (whether in Jakarta or Jogja) but it's a shame this time I was disappointed with the breakfast which was divided into two places and the time had to be booked first whether I wanted to go to one place or the other. The menu also lacked variety at the impromptu place. It seems like we need to think again about how to be comfortable and be able to enjoy breakfast because Tentrem is famous for its comfortable and varied restaurants.

Suggests a more aged tenant friendly bathroom

The food is not fresh and the drinking water glass smells fishy.

This was my 3rd stay at Hotel Tentrem Jakarta, and once again, they have amazed me and made me want to return every time. The room was beautifully decorated for my mom, with thoughtful welcome presents and heartfelt cards that truly touched us. We were even upgraded to a more spacious room, giving us more space to relax and cuddle as a family, such a sweet gesture! I am beyond grateful to the Duty Manager, as well as Mbak Indira, Mbak Shada, Mbak Clara, Mbak Rere, Ryu for their warmth and genuine care. Thank you for making every member of my family feel so happy and at home during our stay. You all truly work with your hearts and deserve all the appreciation! And a special hello to our lovely Mbak Raisya at the egg station, who made my daughter feel extra special with a delicious French toast just for her. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful and heartwarming hotel! ❤️

The facilities are very good, the atmosphere is calming, comfortable, appropriate, makes you feel at peace 👌🏻

I happened to get a room with incomplete amenities. No mineral water and slippers. After requesting via WhatsApp to the service center, it was delivered. Waiting for the room to be ready was also long, only around 4 pm could I enter the room. Maybe because it was a long weekend and the hotel was very full, so the staff was a bit overwhelmed. Overall it's okay. All the staff are also super friendly.

Everything was perfect except for a slight shortcoming at breakfast. The menu options were very diverse, but in terms of taste, we felt it was still inferior compared to Chanti Semarang (managed by Tentrem).

Everything is very good, only the swimming pool seems to have a bit of chlorine. My room seems to not have complete amenities unlike my son's room which is fully stocked.

Actually the service is quite satisfying, it's just that during long weekends it's a bit overwhelming, starting from the long check-in time, the SOP for handling queues that needs to be improved and the restaurant capacity during breakfast is inadequate. Maybe in the future they can use the ballroom that is set up as a breakfast area.

Please pay attention to safety for Aruna Kids Club. There are pads provided under the slide because many children play and directly hit the hard floor.

My child really loves the kids club here, but the food options for kids, especially non-spicy ones, are quite limited.

Staff's services were top-notch. We had a slight delay for checking-in due to long weekend rush, and the staffs provides refreshment in the hall to compensate it. The room was clean and comfy, and there is a big convenience store just a walking stroll away beside the hotel. Oh, the pecel ice cream is definitely must-try

Nice hotel for family vacation.

The service is less than satisfactory. I have ordered a day before staying to make a simple birthday surprise in the room and the receptionist was okay but in reality there was nothing 😩☹️ It's a shame for a new hotel that should leave an extraordinary impression like a five-star hotel.

Good food, comfortable place Infinity pool

Very great stay in Tentrem Jakarta .. warm welcome when checking in by Mr. Joshua at the front desk .. we stayed at the cozy deluxe room / twin bed and it fitted for 2 adults & 2 kids without adding extra bed.. breakfast was perfect and yummy, kids club was very cozy with fun activities for the kids, gym room was awesome, very great service by all the hotel staffs and walking distance to living world mall.. definitely will come back to this hotel

Check-in was almost 2 hours late, the hotel's response was indifferent, the service was unfriendly, the service was very bad, the Tolak Angin ice cream was out of stock (should have been adjusted).

The room was upgraded for free and the staff was friendly. Only the breakfast variety was a bit lacking for a 5-star hotel, hopefully it can be improved.
