It's a bit far from the city center and also far from the BTS/MRT, but it's definitely worth the 400,000 Rupiah stay compared to the cramped downtown area. It was actually clean at first, but for some reason, there were suddenly a lot of cockroaches on the second day, probably because they brought new food when they went out. But so far, it's comfortable, and it's not noisy because it's surrounded by residential areas.
