Overall, it's satisfactory, perfect for backpackers or business trips. The location is strategic, close to GBK and Indonesia Arena, across from Senayan City. We took a room with a shared bathroom, which was good. The AC was cool, there was a TV, a work desk, and amenities (two toothbrushes and toothpaste, towels, and slippers). The shared bathrooms were plentiful and clean. I'll stay here again next time.

I'm a regular customer of Biztrip. It's strategically located near Transjakarta, with lots of vendors. (There's a Snapy near the hotel if you need printing.) Fast Wi-Fi. Toiletries are available (the towels smell nice). Affordable (outside bathroom, great hot water). The staff is friendly and responsive. It's relatively clean, with someone cleaning daily.
