The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. Another impressive aspect was that, despite the budget-friendly room, the housekeeping was excellent, including the bathroom, which was frequently cleaned. I happened to book a room with an outside bathroom, and it was spotless. There was a large mirror, a table, chairs, and a hairdryer. I highly recommend this accommodation, especially since it's close to two major malls.

The hotel staff is friendly, and early check-in is free. The location is very strategic, close to the Transum MRT station and the bus stop. There's also a restaurant downstairs, so you don't have to worry about finding a place to eat. The bathroom is okay and clean, even though it's shared. Overall, staying here is definitely worth it for those planning a concert near GBK.

The overall experience was quite comfortable. The bed was soft and the bedroom was spacious enough for two people. However, the soundproofing in the room could be improved, as traffic noise from the highway could still be heard at night. My advice to future guests is to request a room on the upper floors facing the back area for a more peaceful rest.

We had just arrived and were about to go to bed, but were woken up by renovations. The sound of drilling penetrated our room. Luckily, the staff quickly responded and moved us to a new room. The sound was still audible, but at a safe distance. The first room was really cramped, so we were moved to a larger, more comfortable room. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room; there was still someone else's food waste in the first room.
