Minor damage to some of joinery which I would to be fixed in a hotel of this standard. Shower was in need of a good clean.

Beautiful accomodation the views were breathtaking

The hotel was clean and well-designed and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in & out process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel).

Great location, 10 minute walk to ferry terminal to Magnetic Island. Several wonderful restaurants to choose from.

Fantastic hotel. Great location next to the Casino. Good dining options, rooms are extremely well appointed for business and pleasure. As someone who travels frequently for work, this is the best Property option in Townsville - only one of its calibre.

We had an ocean view room which was beautiful. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend paying for the ocean view.

Always stay at the beautiful Ardo - just perfect

We first stayed at the Ardo the week it opened a few years ago. We were informed that it was running on a “soft opening” capacity and that some services wouldn’t be ready. We have since stayed a few more times over the last few years and it does still feel like it’s not operating at full capacity. The rooms are nice. But you have to go next door to The Ville hotel to get breakfast and the rooftop restaurant doesn’t open until 2pm. The pool is lovely and the design of the lobby and the rooms is very slick and feels very 5 star. But the lack of 5 star hotel facilities is a major problem for me and I’ll unlikely stay here again.

The view from our room was fantastic and the pool was amazing. Cocktails in an infinity pool with a view, what’s not to like!
