Comfortable, already stayed at arte hotel twice

If possible, before guests come in, clean the bathroom first so it smells good.

Good hotel, comfortable, fast and very flexible service, located in the city center and recommended.

The staff is friendly. The view is amazing, especially in the morning, it's absolutely stunning.

The staff is friendly, responsive, fast, and responsive. The hotel's strategic location, in the heart of Bandar Lampung, makes it easy to order online motorcycle taxis and food. Furthermore, the parking lot is spacious enough for parking.

I don't really understand the standards of a 3-star hotel, but during my stays in various places, what I know is that the necessary amenities are always available, two for each person. It's a good idea to pay attention to this so that guests don't feel short of amenities because the amenities in the bathroom and main room are only available for one person, not two.

The bathroom doesn't have a door. So after showering, you'll get wet and splashed everywhere. There are few breakfast menu options, and sorry, maybe it's not suitable for me. 🙏

Stayed here during the long weekend. Check-in was a bit slow since only one receptionist was available. Parking space is quite limited, but valet service was helpful. Unfortunately, traffic noise from outside could still be heard in the room.

Pros: Clean, strategic location, friendly staff Cons: The curtains in my room were torn, and the towels smelled like they hadn't been washed.

In the room the AC was off, it was hot, the room was very small, the bathroom had no cover so when I took a shower it got muddy everywhere

Strategic location, in the middle of the city, the best view during breakfast is great, you can see the whole city of Lampung

Check-in time was a bit long, the AC was leaking, but overall it was okay.

At that price, this is a highly recommended hotel in Bandar Lampung with excellent facilities and views while having breakfast on the top floor.
