The elevator has been out of service for 4 months. And going up the stairs to the 4th floor, there is no room phone. There is only one towel, no soap.

The elevator was broken, had to use the emergency stairs, the lobby had no air conditioning so it was hot, many of the bathroom facilities were broken and couldn't be used for defecation, the room door couldn't be locked, and the mattress and sheets were itchy.

Staying on the 3rd floor, which turned out to have to go through the emergency stairs. Exhausted.

Many of the facilities in the room were damaged, making me itchy when I slept, the sheets and blankets were not washed properly, and the pillows were too high.
