Unprofessional work, the room booked had a problem but did not proactively inform the guest, when the guest reported late check-in, they reported the problem and changed to a higher class room because there were no more rooms in the same class. When the guest came to check-in, they reported that the room was changed and another guest had already stayed and suggested moving to a lower class room. However, that room was not ok and while waiting for processing, the homestay lost power so I did not agree and suggested to refund the room fee and had to find another room. The experience was very time-consuming.
