Spacious room, friendly service, delicious breakfast, swimming pool is quite nice and clean, but the sheets are itchy, the door has no inner slot, very dangerous for those with small children, the door can be opened easily, there is no warm/hot water for bathing...

Really enjoyed staying at Hotel Prima Indramayu... The rooms are spacious, the terrace seating is comfortable and there is also a free swimming pool available for guests...

It's quite good. Although it's a legendary hotel, all the furniture is still old-fashioned, and the atmosphere still applies the old concept.

The location is very strategic, the food is delicious & fresh. It is very unfortunate that the room attendant's attitude is knocking on the room continuously in the morning even though it is a long check-in, the guest does not answer because he is sleeping and suddenly opens the door lock. The guest is knocked 3 times if not answered it means he does not want to be disturbed, not immediately open the door, it is so rude, oh my. Please retrain or hire someone new, because that is very fatal 🥲

The hotel is nice. The room is spacious, the bed is twin with a large size. There is a swimming pool. Okay.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is good, it is in the middle of the city and close to everywhere. There are many shops around the hotel.

The smell from the drainage in the bathroom was awful. A lot of mosquitoes.

The breakfast was really inadequate, the room had lots of mosquitoes. Hopefully it can be improved
