Overall Ratings & Reviews New Bandengan Beach Hotel

This is the first time I was disappointed with a hotel so I checked out at 12 midnight, because the lights had gone out 4 times and there was no solution from the hotel for more than 2 hours. When I complained, the hotel guard was even angry with me. Next time if the facilities are inadequate, do not accept hotel customers so that overload will harm us who stay. I really regret staying at this hotel, the facilities and staff services are not appropriate. And from the hotel there is no good faith to return some of my money.

Friendly staff, only the hot water doesn't work well.
