A fairly well-known hotel in Morowali, easy to find, and has quite a large capacity.

Friendly staff and fast response

The staff is friendly, but it's a shame that I have to go back and forth from the receptionist in the old building to the new building, while the room I booked is in the new building. The breakfast menu is also not very varied. But the staff responded quickly when I complained about the smell from the bathroom.

Thank God it's good and comfortable.

Overall it's good but the room is not soundproof. So the sounds in the next room can be heard clearly.

The location is in the city center, the staff is friendly, the bathroom door handle could be improved because it is very annoying, the breakfast is standard and the menu is not very varied.

The facilities are quite comfortable, only the bathroom facilities have a jammed sink cover and the floor drain is a bit clogged, so the water stagnates for quite a long time. The rest is quite good.

The best hotel in town. Check in was around midnight. There was a miss regarding payment but it was resolved.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Friendly employees.
