Comfortable and clean sharia hotel

The sheets and pillows were dirty, smelled of previous use and had not been replaced, giving a dirty impression. There was no toothbrush available.

Clean rooms, strategic location in the city. There are many breakfast places around the inn.

Strategic location, comfortable rooms, close to the city so it's easy to go anywhere.

Cleanliness is lacking, very lacking. Makes you itchy. The mattress pad looks like it hasn't been replaced, the pillows are flat. There are no amenities, the white towels are already gray. The plus is the location and staff are quite good.

The receptionist should be assigned a friendly person. Otherwise it's ok!

My experience while staying at a hotel/reddorz/guest house was the worst experience. The accommodation was okay, but the staff did not reflect the quality of hotel staff/service at all. That's what made me uncomfortable here.

The price is affordable. The location is quite strategic. The receptionist can be smiling.

The toilet is not clean, there is still dirt on the seat. Pillow cases, sheets and bed covers are not clean and shabby. The AC takes a long time to cool the room. The spring bed is soft and disturbs the person sleeping next to it if there is movement, there is insufficient lighting in the room in front of the bathroom and inside the bathroom. In short, it is very uncomfortable to stay here.

A little disappointed, because the photos displayed in the application are very different from the original condition which is not well maintained.
