Worst hotel during my stay

It's really bad that all the stuff there is broken.

It's really not worth it, this is a shabby inn. From when I checked in, I waited a long time to be served, not long after being escorted to the room, I immediately checked out after seeing the appearance of the room, it's really not worth living in 🤦🏻‍♂️

the door is hard to lock, it has to be lifted etc, the mattress still has someone's semen seriously not lying. smelly pillows, fishy bathroom. crappy service, I kept asking to turn on the lights etc, instead of turning on the switch, we were told to turn it on ourselves and the place is secret, while we went up and down the stairs. only the AC is okay, but honestly I'm scared to stay there alone, it's scary

The hotel is very disgusting, not worth it 😭, I regret paying for 2 days. The staff is rarely on standby. The lights are dim. The sheets are not changed. The room smells of the toilet 😭.

Lodgings like dirty houses don't look after them, there are no dirty facilities, if you want to sleep for just one day, it's better to pay for another place than sleep there.

This was pure negligence when I booked accommodation here. 1. Just check the tra*elo*a application which provides pretty good images. 2. There is only 1 review on the blue application and I didn't read it by chance. Try reading Google reviews from the start, you won't be as disappointed as this. 3. The check-in process is quite fast, it doesn't take 1 minute. When he arrived, the information was that he had booked a room. The guard immediately gave the key without checking the ID card. For those of you who usually stay overnight (in a positive sense) you must be starting to feel surprised, right? 4. I happened to get room number 308 (which based on people's reviews on Google was the worst room) and it turned out to be true 5. In terms of price, at that time I got 160K. For that price, in the original Bali area we can get much nicer rooms (based on experience). 6. Room condition: - AC is not cold - Musty smell mixed with cigarette smell - The door to the balcony is locked. Can you imagine how stuffy it is, in an AC room that shouldn't be allowed to smoke, it's used for people to smoke (for those of you who understand, you will definitely understand what I mean. There are AC rooms that are allowed for smoking, but what about this one? This is purely an AC room. forced to smoke. I'm already dead inside) - Pillows and bolsters are dirty, smell of drool, musty smell - The blanket smells musty - Lots of cigarette ash on the floor - Amsyongnya is that there are drawstrings, underwear, bras, drink bottles left in the cupboard (don't know whose it is, it's really amusing to see) - Open the bedside drawer (There are torn condom containers, cigarette packs, cigarette butts). Badly messed up. 7. This time it's a short trip, aka I only need a place to rest for one night, but because I'm bringing 2 toddlers and this room is extraordinarily dirty. I automatically complained and asked to move rooms 8. I was emotional when I conveyed my findings to a staff member named Elsya or whatever, she insisted on cleaning the room before we checked in. 9. I asked with emphasis - 'If you have cleaned it, whose condom was it? whose bra and undergarments?' - he answered 'previous guest' - I answered again 'tjakep. I bet if it's true, it's a former guest. Which means it's clear you didn't clean it. If you clean it, the items should be included in the lost & found category. - He still answered 'I have cleaned it' - I answered again 'okay, bet with me now. I'm sure you didn't wash and didn't touch that item, that's why it's still dirty in the cupboard and now you're telling us to sleep in a room in that condition? If you've washed and cleaned it, take it now' - he answered still insisting that it had been cleaned, even though I clearly had photos of the condition of the room. - hearing the answer, my emotions exploded. I still asked to move rooms, and I looked at the replacement room first. 10. He promised me that I could move rooms at 16.00 WIB but at 14.00 WIB I made a personal decision and immediately left to move. There are health risks to my children, being in a really worrying location. 11. In terms of building, my assumption is that in the past 5 years this hotel was quite good with air conditioning room facilities, hot and cold water, swimming pool, gazebo, etc. But either because it changed management, or was affected by the Covid tragedy, its condition became worrying. 12. Hopefully the current owner/management can improve the suitability of the rooms presented. or at least update the images in the advertising applications they use. 13. Not recommended. I have already paid. But, after entering this place and checking the room, I didn't stay overnight. Because the facilities displayed in the app do not really match reality.
