Okay, the place is flexible, but it's a shame the walls are a bit noisy, as they don't seem to dampen the sound.

The hotel was clean, neat, and tidy. But unfortunately, the TV was broken and could not be used at all. There was no cable or TV decoder plugged in. The bathroom was clean and odorless. In the bedroom, everything looks well but needs to be improved. The linen was a little dirty with some stains on it. I hope the bed sheets are checked regularly. Unclean linen should be replaced soon with new ones. The hotel's location is very strategic, near AEON Mall, near Prasmul University, and ICE BSD Convention Center.

The room was extremely dirty and unsanitary. There was mold in the room and bathroom. The mattress was extremely dirty and had many unknown stains. While the location is good, it was extremely uncomfortable to stay here. I recommend booking another, better, and more affordable hotel. I was so overwhelmed that I checked out on the first night and moved to another hotel.

The place is easy to find, located on the side of the road, close to ICE only 5 minutes walk, close to Alfamart, Kopi Nako, Circle K and warteg. The facilities of this inn are: - There is an elevator - Get toothbrush + soap - Provided towels (although dirty) - 1 clothes hanger - There are 2 power outlets in the room and 1 power outlet in the bathroom - 1 small table + 1 chair - 1 small wardrobe - 1 shoe rack - No bottled water but provided water dispenser + microwave in the hallway - Balcony - AC - TV (but no TV remote provided) - Water Heater. For the size of the bed is very large, very spacious can be for 4, only the pillow is too high so it is not comfortable to sleep. The sheets are also not very clean (lots of stains). The room is quite spacious but tends to be damp. The AC is very cold and the water heater works well. The shower and toilet area has a partition, but the cupboard in the bathroom inside is moldy. The bathroom floor is not slippery and the bathroom does not smell bad. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful during check-in (a 100,000 Rupiah deposit is required for the access card). No ID card is required; just a photo is required when filling out the information. Overall, this accommodation is relatively clean and comfortable for the price.

You get what you pay for. Cheap prices mean noisy air conditioning, poor water flow, and a musty smell in the room, likely from the garbage disposal.

The environment is very comfortable, the staff and receptionist are friendly & helpful, but the bed is not very clean, the TV doesn't seem to connect to the internet & is creaky, and the AC is on but it's not cold, it's really hot to be honest (maybe the price is cheap because of this). Luckily there is a balcony even though it's very small, at least you can see the view + air coming into the room.

There are two positive aspects: Cove is close to ICE BSD and Aeon, as well as several strategic locations in BSD City. You can also find cheap food at the food stall next to Cove. However, improvements are needed... 1. The security guard seemed unfriendly to guests. When I wanted to check in early, he was rude and told me to wait until 2:00. As a result, I'm from out of town and had to wait a long time. 2. The pillows in the room were too high and rough, making it difficult for me to sleep with a sore neck. 3. Please have the customer service team automatically schedule room cleaning. If you don't ask for it, it won't be cleaned. 4. The bathroom smelled musty, and the exhaust fan was broken. I even bought my own air freshener. 5. Please provide extra time for out-of-town guests like me who leave in the afternoon. I had to wait 3 hours outside the room after check-out. There should be a late check-out policy.

It's noisy like a boarding house, the TV is off, the AC isn't cold. Check-in is complicated if you use the app, unlike most hotels. You have to check in exactly at 2:00 to be able to enter. I intended to stay for 3 days in the BSD area because I felt uncomfortable, but after 5 hours, I checked out, so I didn't stay. There were no tissues, etc., like a hotel. Again, this is a boarding house.

The room was dirty and the walls looked moldy. The sheets were stained, the towels were faded, the bathroom was dirty, and the shower leaked. If you came in from outside, you'd definitely smell. The corridor smelled really bad at night. I asked for the room to be cleaned, but instead, it was infested with ants. The TV also didn't work. So, I couldn't expect much from this hotel.

The room was dirty, with dirty towels, sheets, and pillows. The walls and ceiling were moldy (the ceiling was covered in mold). Every time you turned on the water (shower or sink), the water heater made a loud, annoying noise.

Stayed here for an event at ICE BSD. Distance-wise, it's very close to ICE. For those driving, parking is very limited as it's prioritized for those staying at Cove for a long time. Initially, I wasn't informed about the parking lot, thinking the place to stay should have parking. I ended up parking in the paid area across from Nako. Upon check-in, they told me my name wasn't there, but they clearly had a booking code. They then asked for a Rp100,000 deposit, which had to be paid in cash. The room facing the street was noisy. One towel was clean, the other was worn out. The room was also a bit damp, and the sheets and towels didn't smell good. So, if you're staying here, don't have high expectations, but if you're just having business at ICE, it's okay, distance-wise.

In terms of cleanliness, the room was fine, clean, and there were no animals. However, the room itself looked old and worn, and needed a repaint. If you're just sleeping in it, it's fine, and the price is reasonable.

The location is excellent, the price is affordable, but unfortunately, the rooms seem poorly maintained. The ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom are moldy, and there's a lot of trash under the table. When you turn on the water tap and flush the toilet, the pump sounds very loud. The paint on the walls is peeling. More attention should be paid to cleanliness.
