Very convenient place to stay in Paris. Close to everything, has amenities like an apartment, and has A/C on all rooms!

It was wonderful having a washer/dryer in our room, very spacious and great for our family. Location is very central to subways and main sites we were planning to see. We did not meet anyone during our stay, everything was through a webpage including key card access.

I travelled Paris more than 5 times and the last one was in this hotel it’s really amazing felt like I stay at my home safe and cleaning everything was great

The apartment was really good, clean and well-equipped, the only problem was with the entertainment system on the TV, other than that everything was perfect, including the location of the place.

Fantastic experience with this property! It was my family and I’s first trip to Paris and we loved our entire stay here. The staff was so kind and efficient. When we needed assistance, we received it immediately. When we first arrived, we need assistance with going into our room. I contacted the property and before we know it, a staff member immediately arrived to assist. I was absolutely shocked (in a good way) with how prompt they were! I’m not over exaggerating when I say that right when we requested for help, they arrived in less than five minutes. The whole staff was nothing but helpful and pleasant. One of the things that we loved was how convenient the property was. The public transportation, restaurants, and the tourist attractions were easy for us to access. Everything that we needed was of walking distance. Loved the breakfast! It was such a great way to start the day. Not only was the food delicious (I was veryyyyy fond of the croissants), the staff made us feel at home. The fact that the property was a hotel and an apartment hybrid made us feel at home as well. As a matter of fact, on our way back home after our vacation, my parents mentioned how much they enjoyed the stay instead of a regular hotel or an AirBnB. My family and I have talked about coming back to Paris and my parents had emphasized that they wanted to stay here again. Our desire to come back to Paris is definitely in part to how wonderful our stay here was. We can’t wait to come back!

I liked the location, the cleanliness and the flair of the place itself. I would go back there anytime.

Check-in and check-out is all done online and would say that whilst there is a lot of communication, the directions to entry could be better and also a contact number would be beneficial. We had a superior apartment with 1 bedroom - really spacious for Paris and comfy beds, even the sofa bed. We were provided with a crib for our toddler guest too. Only things to point out, there's some iron grates by the fireplaces which whilst characterful weren't particularly safe for toddlers. The runner on the stairs had a few bumps too so you had to tread carefully (there is a lift though that we used). We did eat at the downstairs restaurant but hadn't realsied that was where we would get the 20% off so that wasn't offered. No room upgrade offered as far as I could tell. Excellent location though and spacey so a good base, particularly for longer stays!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The location was excellent with easy access to a variety of key attractions like opera granite, galleries Lafayette, place de la Concorde, louvre etc. The apartment was spacious clean and well appointed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated every interaction including staff at the front desk and staff serving breakfast.

Family vacation with kids. Great option.

We had a great stay at this place. The location was very close and walkable to many attractions. It was very clean, spotless! Our unit seemed to be renovated recently, so all the appliances, furniture, sheets and towels seemed like new. We requested an upgrade from our original reservation to a bigger unit and it was accepted. we paid the price difference, but it was worth it. The unit was very quiet and we had great sleep at all nights. There were a few issues with the AC or door handle but the owner was very responsive and quickly sent someone to take care of issues. We are very satisfied and will be back to this place again in next trips.

Brand new , large space, super clean. Great location. Supermarket and pharmacy on the same block. Front desk clerk very helpful. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Very good towels and bedding. I highly recommend.
