Pros: Excellent location, right across from the train station and shopping mall, very convenient! Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. The hotel also provided welcome drinks and fruits for guests to enjoy. Cons: The pillows were too soft and thin, uncomfortable. Overall, have a wonderful stay in this hotel, will recommend to my friends.

Hotel yang sangat recommended kalo pergi ke Interlaken. Only steps away from Interlaken West Station. Clean and cozy hotel with delicious breakfast. Will be back here if got any chance to come to Interlaken. Love this hotel!

We booked Junior Patio facing front street, nice view of mountain and saw fireworks from our balcony on New Year's Day. Very nice location just right next door to the Interlaken West station. Many food and supermarket around. Please note you cannot leave luggage after check out since they have limited space, but you can use a locker at the station.
