The location is quite good but because when I was there yesterday it was raining heavily & flooded into the apartment area. and there were many leaks in the lobby so it was a bit slippery. in the room there were still used towels from other people, it seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned, there was also a helmet on the balcony. I don't know if the occupants are actually still spending the night there or not.
