It was very comfortable staying at Horison, besides being close to the city center, it is also connected to a mall, so you can hang out at the mall. The rooms are clean, the service is friendly, thank you Horison.

The morning and night views are beautiful. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant staff are also very friendly. Even though it was my first time staying here, it wasn't confusing. The staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was fun... basically, I want to stay again next time. The kids really liked it and felt at home.

I initially requested a smoking room, but it turns out the room type I booked doesn't offer smoking rooms. Why wasn't that clear from the start? I asked to call the room attendant, but no one showed up until I checked out. The pool was out of service due to maintenance.

I called the receptionist to ask for sugar, I asked to be taken to the room, because my husband took the access card out, but the receptionist who answered the phone told me to get it myself to the restaurant downstairs, I explained that I didn't have the access card, but I was still told to get it myself to the restaurant downstairs, while the other card couldn't be used to access the room again later. I called at half past 8 pm and the person who answered was a man. July 12th. It was truly an annoying experience in my entire life staying at a hotel 🥲

The hotel is easy to access, the facilities are complete, there is a fitness center and swimming pool. The breakfast menu is also complete even though the restaurant is a bit narrow. Suggestions for cleanliness to be improved again. There is a lot of trash in front of the rooms that is not collected by the cleaning service staff.

Overall, this hotel is very satisfactory. One drawback is its location — public transportation is limited, and there are no nearby external restaurants. Guests are entirely dependent on the hotel’s own dining services. Nevertheless, this hotel is still recommendable.

A hotel with apartment facilities that is easily accessible when our family has activities in Bekasi. The facilities are complete and comfortable for families when staying here. Cleanliness in the room and its surroundings (corridors) needs to be improved. Increase the number of cleaning service staff and trash bins.

The staff is very nice, even though we checked in at night, they were still friendly. In the morning, the staff were also quick to help move our stuff to the trolley. But one thing that is lacking is that there is no full body mirror huhuhu. Even though there is a lot of empty space in the room, there is none. The mirror is only in front of the dressing table and the bathroom. The bathroom lights are also not bright enough. The shower area is a bit dark. This needs to be considered again.
