The room was clean but lacked toilet paper. I suggest the hotel pay more attention to this next time.

The bathroom had a bad smell. It made for a bad experience during my trip. Wi-Fi is bad too. It was disconnected while I was in a meeting. I think I will not recommend this place to my friends.

The soundproofing in the rooms was terrible. We came to relax, but the cleaning staff were so noisy we couldn't get any rest.

The reception staff were very rude. Our group had informed them in advance that we would be dropping off our luggage early, around 4-5 am. The hotel agreed, but when we arrived and called, no one answered, no doorbell rang, and no one came out. We returned at 8 am and rang the doorbell again, but still got no response.

When I got to the hotel, the door was closed waiting for someone to open it, and there was a time limit for others to come in. The room looked like someone had just stayed there and hadn't been cleaned yet. The bed sheets were dirty and there were no slippers like other hotels. The fridge also didn't have water for guests. What a terrible experience. Even worse than the 350k room at Su Van Hanh.
