Strict age limits apply: gym only 16+, wellness/spa strictly 18+. Most restaurants are accessed through the casino floor so under‑21s cannot enter them. Dining is advertised until 2 AM but options become very limited late at night. Rooms have no smart TV—only standard local and international channels, so no Netflix or YouTube streaming. The included buffet breakfast offers a huge spread but is nothing special; if you don’t eat much, it feels unnecessary. Great if you’re here for the casino or adult getaway—definitely look elsewhere if travelling with kids or teens or check in for experience. Otherwise overrated.

We checked in the day we arrived just for 1 day. Then we checked backed in during the last 2 days of our stay in Manila, the room that was given to us wasn’t as cold during our first day of stay so we requested our old room back if it was available and the front desk staffs didn’t hesitate at all. Little things like that is greatly appreciated by us. We would always check in at this hotel and I highly recommend it to all. Food was excellent as always and ambiance is very welcoming

The Front desk people were very helpful. The concierge and Bell boys were nice. The cleaning crew did a good job in cleaning our room everyday. The Breakfast buffet was outstanding including the people that worked there. A very clean hotel and the variety of restaurants made the hotel even better!

There's a noise coming from the ceiling in our room every 15-20 minutes, sounds like ventilation which makes it hard to sleep. No smart tv.

.The breakfast service needs clearer instructions on how to order custom egg preparations (such as omelettes or sunny-side-up eggs). I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could have sunny-side-up eggs prepared over-easy, the chef simply told me to go ahead and take a seat. I was left wondering how the kitchen would remember my specific order and table number, especially after the delay. I eventually had to ask my server for clarification

Everything was awesome. Enjoyed my stay. Staff were very courteous and attentive. Will definitely stay agsin.

Clean Room beautiful pool

Our stay was absolutely superb—seamless from start to finish! We always enjoy staying here, and this visit was no exception. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to coming back again.
