.The breakfast service needs clearer instructions on how to order custom egg preparations (such as omelettes or sunny-side-up eggs). I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could have sunny-side-up eggs prepared over-easy, the chef simply told me to go ahead and take a seat. I was left wondering how the kitchen would remember my specific order and table number, especially after the delay. I eventually had to ask my server for clarification

Everything was awesome. Enjoyed my stay. Staff were very courteous and attentive. Will definitely stay agsin.

Clean Room beautiful pool

Our stay was absolutely superb—seamless from start to finish! We always enjoy staying here, and this visit was no exception. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to coming back again.

Amazing hotel, And what helps create that is the staff. All the staff there are incredibly helpful and friendly which makes your stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Also the beds are very comfortable. A 5 star rating from me and will definitely stay there again.

Friendly staffs and amazing room

Nice hotel but very crowded and ambassadors were very pretentious.

Service was great particularly Daryl from housekeeping. My bathroom electric outlet wasn’t working and they sent an engineer right away. Room and amenities were great and location is great. Nice to finally have a 5 star hotel in QC area

Great hotel for business and pleasure. Everyone was friendly.

We checked in yesterday afternoon at around 3:15. To our utter surprise, the staff told us to wait for 30-45 minutes allegedly because the room was being cleaned and after cleaning, it needed to be inspected (what????? a high end hotel does not have a room immediately available upon check in ???). She went on to say she'd call once the room is ready. We had no choice but wait in the lobby coffee shop. And then the worse came. After almost an hour of waiting, I received no call prompting me to approach the staff concerned and confronted her. Without any apology at all, she cavalierly gave me the card keys. The delay caused me to panic as I had an event to attend at 5pm and I needed to prepare myself. And my wife expected to be in the room shortly after check in and rest. But her cavalier attitude really pissed us off. For me, this hotel SUCKS.!. Solaire Vertis North SUCKS 】
