Overall my stay was quite good. The online check in was slightly confusing but I worked it out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Price was very good for the location. I'll would stay here again.

The rooms are super small and the bathroom useless, the shower floods the entire bathroom and goes under the door into the room

Very budget, miss having a lift.

Very affordable and good value for money. The room was very clean. Noise of traffic from rooms on the front of the hotel is loud through the night. Bathroom is not ideal, the shower floods water everywhere and the sink is so small is difficult to wash your face or do anything except hold your toothbrush under the tap. Beware, there is no lift. I didn’t realise this and arrived off a long haul flight with a 24kg bag and my room was on the 3rd floor. Thankful for the security guard who helped me.

Room was clean. Top bed was not made. A second blanket would have been handy as it was a family room. The shower head would only face the wall. Ensuite floor became completely soaked due to design of bathroom. Had to use one of the bath towels to wipe it up and then the floor still took a long time to dry resulting in wet feet every time we went in.

I needed a confirmation text to enter the building & my room. That did not arrive until 20 mins after I arrived at the property and 15 mins after I phoned to complain.

The bathroom only just fits yourself in there with shower, sink and toilet. Shower head was broken no staff onsite Aircon had ticking noise all night while on Walls are paper thin, could hear the couple next door arguing from check in to check out

Online checkin quite difficult. Ring the help number and it doesn’t answer. After many attempts finally talk to someone. Another 20 minutes finally get a response and entry codes. Very small rooms, no bedside tables or lamps. Tiny tiny tiny bathroom. No basin plug. Clean room apart from scuff marks on walls. Sadly a screaming guest at 3am didn’t help nor the police banging on their door. Reversing trucks nearby at 4am. Maybe somewhere else next time.

Tradesmen were doing work which interrupted our sleep, our comfort was thrown out the window, the noise was not pleasant at all Had a bad experience for the last two days and nights

Was great. No hold ups. A little early to check out 9am! But otherwise neat tidy straightforward

Close to the RBWH and nice clean room. Served a purpose and was very reasonably priced

Way to difficult to get access with access not known till after booking done.Then cumbersome Online code procedures very challenging and time wasting. No reception at all.

Staff is not helpful. Tried to extend another 2 night because of the cyclone Alfred but staff wanted to charge twice (2x) I think its a very bad taste to consumers when business tries to take advantage of the situation. Beware of this business behaviour.
