The hotel is nice but there was no hospitality here. We arrived when the storm came in so it was not a great day. The staff were very cold and not helpful. We were tired and just want to grab dinners at the hotel. First we need reservation. We called to reserve our spots and were told that they do not accept reservation and dinners were not available. We are glad that we only stayed one night here.

Good location near a town for restaurants and grocery. Room was large. However, it was old and furnishing needs upgrade. Swimming pool was nice but definitely old.

We had an amazing stay at Te'Moana resort. There was so much to do or a great place to do Nothing. Beautiful views from our room. We took the snorkeling tour offer by the hotel and had a magical time swimmkng with sea turtles and througb the coral gard n in the Lagoon. The staff were attentive and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at Te Moana 10 years ago and it was nice, but they’ve done numerous improvements since then and the outdoor space and water front bar is simply amazing! We were a little bummed to only be staying one night en route to other islands; it would have been great to spend a day or two enjoying the pool and lagoon.

I had to ask about my beverage credit and was told i didnt have one. I showed my email that said otherwise. I also booked another night since we arrived around 5AM and was told this would be the only way to guarantee getting in early. We were told when we arrived they were 2 different rooms and would have to change about 2. Just before noon we were somewhat pressured to hurry up and change rooms as quick as possible.

Stunning resort, gorgeous pool. We’ll definitely be back.

Pretty far from the cruise port, and no beach.

The resort is beautiful but showing signs of aging. The infinity pool needs work and furniture inside the room was stained and damaged. I’d encourage anyone staying at the resort to take advantage of the car rental and available excursions. Also, visit the nearby grocery store and grab some items for meals. Food options are limited. Personally I wouldn’t book here again, primarily due to the scent of the room. It was a mixture of mustiness and a strong cleaning/disinfecting agent. The combination of the two gave me a massive headache.

Beutiful hotel, astonishing surrounds, but limited food options.

The staff was helpful, but the accommodations were spartan. Our first duplex assignment held an odor, the walls had black and brown smudges, the down stairs furniture held stains, severe scratching and delaminating furniture. We were ultimately changed accommodations, the second place at least smelled better. I will say that the master bed was good, but would feel sorry for those on the sleeper sofa. The breakfast was less than basic, often either undercooked, underseasoned, or cold. I'm not one to be overly critical, however the previous reviews did not accurately portray the property. The contrast was enough that I felt an honest review was necessary. To be clear, this is more a residence property that rents out unoccupied units, than a true hotel

This is a lovely place . Beautiful grounds and conveniently located a short drive from the airport and Papeete. Pool has a fantastic view of the island of Moorea. Pool starting to show its age but in such a gorgeous setting who cares?!

It is truly dependent on the room location. We had an amazing room initially but moved to a front standard room where it was very noisy and a bit rundown. Loved the pool and facilities. Staff were great,

We love staying here because it is straight out to Taapuna from the hotel - The rooms are reasonably priced but the food and drink is extortionate- 35 euro for a burger and about 20euros for a cocktail- they don’t encourage people to spend on site - We understand Tahiti is expensive we have been here 7 times but they are taking the puss a bit with the food and beverage costs

Good value resort. Overall, nicely appointed. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. Hotel management was very responsive answering questions and providing information regarding our reservations. Some areas of the property are in need of repair/upgrade. It rained heavily during our stay and the roof over the common areas and walkways was leaking in multiple spots. Also, the bottom of the pool is in need of refurbishing. While the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the wait staff in the restaurant was not very attentive and kept us waiting an inordinate amount of time for service. Breakfast was very pricey, over $90 US, for a standard breakfast buffet. We did not choose the breakfast included package, and assumed we would walk to a nearby restaurant. However, there are no convenient places nearby. I would recommend choosing the breakfast package. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay at this resort again.

I stayed in an ocean view studio and found it clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning and ceiling fan cooled the room well. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It would’ve been even better if the palm trees had been trimmed a bit. The grounds are lushly landscaped and well maintained. While there is no sandy beach, the property provides easy access to the water. The infinity pool area is lovely. Perhaps some TLC is in order, as it appeared to be in need of resurfacing and the fountains on the curved stone wall were non-operational. The deck area facing Moorea was quiet and relaxing. The sunrises from that vantage point did not disappoint, so try not to oversleep. The roosters on the property do their best to ensure you don’t! The breakfast buffet is pricey and acceptable, but most of the “hot” food was barely warm. Other food options/menus are very limited.

Good location close to Papeete, great pool with an amazing view of Moorea, beautiful grounds. Staff were friendly, excellent service. Rooms and bathrooms are getting a little tired but were clean and comfy. Get the room with a sea view, it’s worth it.
