It was amazing and the best customer service i've ever had at a hotel.

Absolutely fabulous, great location , beautiful staff , great views and very clean , break fast is delicious

The accommodation was good but could so easily be great with more attention to detail. Our room was lovely but as per some other reviews it did smell a bit and toilet paper and shower gel wasn’t replenished during in the stay. The restaurant was so inconsistent. We were served some lovely food and then also a raw pizza base and one order never came! The staff are equally inconsistent; some fantastic and one I had to wake up from behind the counter… our airport shuttle was meant to have been arranged and 2 hours before pick up we discovered it had not been. Luckily there is a lovely restaurant up the road with super service.

Sheraton is a must if you are looking for accommodation in Samoa. Rooms were amazing and food was even better. Customer service was absolutely top tier and every single staff member were extremely kind and super helpful. Be sure to also check out their fiafia night as you will not be disappointed. Special mention to Henry and bar staff Mareko & Tino for always going above and beyond for us!

Naomi from housekeeping is terrific! But everything else is disappointing and downhill from the days of the old Aggie Greys.

Size of the room was very good . My only concern was about the humidifier on the room .. was wet when we tried to adjust lower the air conditioner.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey's Hotel and Bungalows. The location was ideal, and my room was exceptionally clean. I loved the beautiful decorations, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! One suggestion to improve the hotel would be to add a gym for guests to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The fantastic customer service is a major reason why I would want to return!

Pleased with stay

Apart from power outages, our family rnr was pleasantly impressed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was top notch. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The one negative we have is when the wifi and tv wasn’t working other than that. 10/10! Thank you Sheraton for taking care of my partner and I. We shall be back one day.

Beautiful place to stay in the city of Apia

Great place and lovely staff

The property provides a warm traditional atmosphere with the beautiful design of the walkway to the main stunning faleo'o of the restaurant right by the poolside. There are two pools for added choice and fun. The staff were amazing at The Sheraton and so attentive. The staff made our family's stay there so wonderful. Thank you so much and we'll definitely be back and we'll be recommending this hotel to everyone.

Everything was fantastic except an annoying noice from the bathroom all night- Room 3004

The property was good and close to the city. The staff were great, service was amazing, however the room was not clean. There was a very strong mouldy smell on the first few days, mould on the headboards and very dirty floor. Had to air the room daily and cleaned the headboards. Beautiful view from the balcony tho.

The customer services are very polite and helpful.

Excellent in every area

Staff was super friendly, atmosphere was very open welcoming. Our harborview double twin room was flooded due to heavy rains and wind. The staff was very helpful. Moved us to a new room with no charge and they even compensated us for the trouble. Amazing hotel. I gave it 3 stars because tv was down the whole time we were there. But all in all I would most definetly stay here again and again. Love the experience.
