Did not inform me ahead of time that they were unable to provide my requests (iron, ironing board). No Wi-Fi given to me upon checking in. No TV. Dim light. Shared CR and bathroom. No visitors even though my room is good for two. Drawers and cabinets, bad smells. Aircon not enough to cool the room from morning till 5pm.
