I really love staying here because it's different from other hotels. I can sleep here and enjoy the forest atmosphere without any windows, so it's really fun, I swear.

Quite disappointed with the service and cleanliness of this hotel. It wasn't worth the price we paid for the family room (over 1 million rupiah). The reception staff were unsmiling and unhelpful. Upon entering the room, the sheets were patched, the curtains were dirty, the walls and ceiling were covered in mold, and even the corners smelled of urine. We also had a private jacuzzi. It turned out that when we arrived, it hadn't been drained, so we had to drain it and wait for the hot water to fill. It wasn't even full yet, and it wasn't hot anymore because the hot water tap had a small flow. The breakfast menu was quite varied, but the cutlery was very dirty. Plates and spoons still had food residue on them, so we had to wipe them down again. The access road to the hotel is quite narrow and narrow, making it impossible to imagine being squeezed in by other cars. The view is nice, but the service and cleanliness could be improved.

A fun place for family time

The staff is nice, the atmosphere is pleasant, but please pay more attention to cleanliness. If you're bringing children, bring extra lighting, a spray bottle, and a small broom for added comfort and safety.

The hotel staff were friendly at first, but after checking in, they didn't respond to requests for guest cards and dine-in information. Many of the wooden floors were exposed, leading to snails and ants entering the room. Grilling requires a reservation, and it wasn't offered in advance, and equipment is limited. Sorry, it's not comfortable in the jungle if you have to go out to buy grilling equipment and ingredients.

Disappointed. The location is steep and the space is cramped. It's noisy when it rains and full of insects, ants, and leeches. The parking area is unguarded. The price is high, but the place isn't comfortable at all.

It was really nice to stay at Locca, especially with my family. The atmosphere and location were great. The admin was friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was delicious.

Got the price of 800 thousand in high season (school holidays), I think it's expensive.. hehe.. if the window is closed, the room becomes cramped, can't pass the floor if you want to go to the bathroom, you have to climb onto the bed first, when it rains heavily, the whole floor is wet, and at night the lights go out for about 2 hours, the location is peaceful, the roads are extreme if you're not an expert driver, don't come here yet..

The hotel staff is very friendly & attentive

The view is nice, but the canopy roof should be a dark color, if you use a transparent one, you can see from outside and inside if there are people, I asked to turn off the lights in the playground area but they didn't turn them off, so I can't be intimate with my partner because the playground lights are disturbing.

The view from the room is very beautiful, the air is clean and fresh, it's very comfortable, and the staff is also very friendly. Bringing pets is allowed, as long as it's kept clean. Highly recommended

The location at Puncak reportedly prohibits bringing in heavy food from outside. If you want to order dinner at around 7, it's closed, and if you want to order in the morning, it's also closed. So what time do you open? It rains heavily at night, making it impossible to get out, and the road is narrow, slippery, uphill, and dark. If there's a ban on bringing in outside food and the location is remote, you should be on standby to serve the food. Breakfast is said to be in front of the waterfall, but it's only available on weekends. Weekdays, breakfast is delivered to your room. The room is full of spiders, beetles, ants, and other insects. I came home itchy. It's a shame it's not well-maintained.

It was okay, especially the breakfast experience near the waterfall. The food wasn't very varied, but I thought it was enough. The room was too small to pray in, so I had to open the window, which also served as a canopy. The hot water wasn't great, sometimes only slightly hot or too cold. I wish there was a mini-shop/convenience store for snacks. I only brought a small amount of snacks yesterday, so I was hungry, and the restaurant doesn't open until 6:00 PM, and breakfast isn't ready until 7:30 AM.

A first-timer who immediately fell in love with this place. The service was excellent, and the best experience was the breakfast. Besides the Dlundung waterfall, it was absolutely stunning. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the room service food. It was pricey, but the taste was lacking. The rice was also very hard, especially since I had kids with me. 😀
