The room is clean, but sometimes the bathroom smells like a sewer, maybe the drains are cleaned more often.

The prices are cheap, but this place is still relatively new, so it feels fresh. They're currently on sale, so the prices are under 200.

Comfortable and clean place, cool AC, clean toilet, hot water running smoothly. Because it's located in a housing complex, the gate closes at 11:00 PM. This can be resolved by calling the receptionist.

Friendly and helpful front office… no deposit required if you don't bring small children ⛔️ The housing complex gate closes at 11 pm, the hotel is open 24 hours so if you want to check in at midnight you have to go around the grand mosque then google maps to 'fazza homes' then go through a small road and go in the opposite direction.
