Friendly staff, comfortable, clean and pocket-friendly place

The location can't be better and the receptionist was exceptional friendly and helpful! Lots of food options all around that place! The bed was comfy and the Aircon was working well. The bathroom was a bit wet as all taps were dripping and the window only opens into an indoor patio, but it's a good place for 1 -2 nights, if you want to be near the Jonker's walk!

Overall very good, the hotel atmosphere is good, the male reception staff is very friendly and provides very good service. The hotel area is easy to find restaurants, and easy to walk.

Everything good, except that the bathroom is shared. I tried to look at the booking itinerary again, it wasn't mentioned. I hope they clarify more clearly in the future because I felt like I was scammed, but overall it was a great experience. Staff also very welcome and kind.

The location is very strategic, really worth it for that price.

The staff is very helpful and friendly! I arrived at malacca at around 1 am and they waited for me (they reception desk opened till 12am only). The room was spacious, nice, also got hairdryer! They also prepare iron and ironing board outside. The hotel is so convenient with lots of cafe, famous eating place and also family mart and seven eleven nearby. All of the tourist destination also very near and walkable from the hotel! Love love this hotel so much, affordable and so nice!

room same level with the lobby level, so, reflection home sweet home. this place reasonable and nice place to stay.

Mr Ali was very helpful after checking. Confirmed that there is no breakfast except on Saturday and Sunday. Even offered to change my room to have convenient access to the washbasin.

The hotel staff is helpful, the location for me is near the mosque which is fantastic and the price is also affordable.
