It was a pleasure to stay at Luxeur, the location is very strategic and very close to everywhere, the environment is also very calm and beautiful, a new hotel with a minimalist design that is very comfortable, complete amenities, the bathroom is also very clean, always stay here if there is a meeting in Sudirman or Kuningan

My daughter stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed her experience here. First of all, the room comes with a free minibar (a variety of sweet and salty snacks and cold drinks), a sofa, and a bean bag, so the room is a nice place to host friends over. They also have complete bathroom amenities. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, so the room feels more spacious. The location is within walking distance to the city center, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a variety of food options for breakfast and make you fresh coffee. My daughter really recommends this place and would stay here again.

Nice hotel, comfortable, delicious food, minus housekeeping does not check the completeness of tea, coffee, toiletries, water and snacks in the refrigerator, must be reminded then replaced even though it is included in the facilities, the glasses are also forgotten to be washed. Hopefully the hotel management can evaluate.

It was a pleasant stay for 2-nights stay. Got a queen bed with 2 pillows and 2 bolsters. I mean, bantal guling in a hotel room? Such a rare sight! However, i found out they just combined 2 twin beds to make it “queen bed” because I still felt the slight gap. On the other side, they use TOTO for toilet, shower, washbasin and Daikin aircon. They provide electric kettle, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, and in room fridge. Wifi was working well too! The in room smart TV required your personal account to access Netflix, VIU, Disney+ etc. I’d love to come back with this level of comfort and facility. Well, at least they need to improve their staffs’ hospitality, such as a simple greeting whenever the guests passing by the front door.

I needed to extend my stay and it was easy for me to book via Traveloka. I asked the hotel to confirm my booking and it did not take more than 10 minutes to approve. I was allowed to stay in the same room and did not need to move to another. My second night here wasn’t as pleasant as the first. The room next door was too loud and I could hear them clearly. Hope the hotel can regulate room activities past sleeping time especially when they’re loud.

A very pleasant stay during the long weekend. Access to city center and MRT is a big plus, walking distance is not an issue. A nice place to stay especially if you’re a running event participant and need a place to stay that’s close to Sudirman/Senayan. Had a little issue with the trash bin near the bathroom as it was not taken out after the previous tenant checked out. Breakfast was overall good. Will definitely book again in the future!
