Highly recommended, I've been back and forth since 2018 and the place is still very beautiful and natural.

The room is clean, the wifi is fast, there is a hairdryer in the room, but unfortunately I got a twin bed even though I had requested it, but it's okay, the place is very comfortable and beautiful.

There are still a lot of workers and renovations at the location. When I stayed there, the room facilities were good, clean, wifi, hot water, AC, children's pool, basketball court.

Staying at this hotel is truly a pleasant experience. The room is clean and comfortable, equipped with beautiful natural views. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making the atmosphere even more comfortable. The location is strategic, suitable for relaxing. Highly recommended

first time staying at grand cempaka and thank God it was not disappointing, the check in process was easy, the service was friendly, although the facilities were a bit constrained because they were under renovation and it was just right that there was a scout inauguration event right behind my bungalow, it was quite disturbing because the music was full until 00.30 and in the morning their loudspeakers were already playing again, there should be a limit for the event. appreciated for the employees who were alert when I confirmed that my child's belongings were left behind and my husband's bag was missing Thank you, hopefully my review can be used as material for improvement in the future

I ordered this again during the high season of Eid at a price of 600k. The condition of the room is not very clean, as if it was cleaned only briefly, the important thing is that the bed is neat and there is no trash. There are also ants and lots of mosquitoes in the room.

The room, service and facilities are good. There are just some areas that may be under repair, or maybe renovated so it looks messy. 👍

Still in the construction stage, got a leaky night room, but was immediately moved. Dirty bathroom, lots of insects. Swimming pool facilities are only turned on in the morning.

at night it's a bit scary, but when it comes to relaxing in the afternoon and morning until noon, the place is very comfortable the water heater works well, the shower is good, the toilet is clean even though there are a lot of ants at the beginning of check in.. there are facilities for basketball courts, tennis, swimming pools, basically it's fun, I stayed in a suite type with the Ciliwung river behind it

Very spacious resort, close to culinary places. There is a swimming pool. Rooms are decent for the price. Only some facilities in the bathroom need to be repaired because it looks less clean. The rest is okay and good.

This time I got a clean room and everything worked, but minus the sandals, I only got 1... whereas in the previous room I got 2

strategic location close to Cimory and Nicole, clean rooms, complete room facilities with wifi, hot water, tv, AC, .. the environment is beautiful, there is a swimming pool, playground, futsal, fishing, camp ground, river, the restaurant also has delicious food. the staff is friendly, and quick if we need something (eg asking for a soap refill, etc.)
