The location is very strategic. Close to everything. Finding food is a breeze. It's also close to shopping centers.

I had a wonderful stay at Harper Premier Hotel Batam. The location in Nagoya Thamrin is very convenient – food, shopping, and everything else are within walking distance. The room was comfortable, similar in quality to other hotels in the same chain (Fave, Aston, Harper). The smart TV was a nice touch, though it lagged occasionally, and the internet went down a few times for a few minutes before coming back online. Housekeeping did a great job providing clean linen daily, and laundry service was excellent. Room service food tasted great – loved the flavors. One small issue: the QR code on the bedside screen didn’t work, but the front desk gave me a number to place my order without trouble. Breakfast selection was decent, with the menu changing slightly each day – good for guests staying multiple days. The culinary team did a nice job. A big thank you to the Front Office team, especially Minty and Mr. Yon, for their helpful assistance. The security and safety team were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone – hope to see you again soon!

The location is good, strategic, the rooms are comfortable, the food taste may need to be improved, it's not very flavorful, otherwise it's a very pleasant stay here.

The place is clean, close to the city, close to malls and places to eat including souvenirs, the breakfast is delicious.

Nice hotel, clean, tidy rooms with large beds, clean bathrooms, good sanitary conditions, friendly and kind staff, delicious gelato on the right side of the lobby, and a safe environment close to the main mosque. Will come back here again next time💝

The hotel is good, and this is not my first time staying there. But the disappointment is that the breakfast still hasn't improved. The food still cold, and I ask for the refill of fresh milk but nothing being done after I went back 3 times. And I waited for half an hour for mine drink, they serve to others that came later than me. The laundry department made me waited until 01:00 am to hand-over my laundry to me. When I hand-over my laundry to them, I told them that I will check-out the next day. And they promised me that I can collect my laundry at around 09:00 pm to 10:00 pm the same day. These is totally disappointing, how can I introduce to my friends or family members.

All the hotel staff are very friendly...especially Nadia who likes to greet you. The room is okay...the food is varied and delicious. Strategic location.....easy to find food and other necessities. Next time I will definitely stay here if I go to Batam again.....

Comfortable, safe, clean, tidy environment.

Harper Premier Nagoya Batam offers great value for money. The location is excellent — surrounded by other hotels, plenty of food options, and useful services, giving the area a vibrant atmosphere. While there is no swimming pool, it didn’t detract from our stay. The hotel breakfast had a generous spread with good variety. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily return.

I checked in early at 1:30 a.m. WIB, but I couldn't get a smoking room. Instead of being able to relax in a smoking room, I had to go to the rooftop, and even then, I wasn't allowed to bring in outside food or drinks. My goal at the rooftop was to relax and smoke and drink coffee. If I had gotten a room that suited my needs (a smoking room), I wouldn't have needed to go to the rooftop.
