Stayed on 2 Jan 2025. Very disappointing, the condition of the unit does not match the description and pictures. 1 of the 4 beds did not have a sheet, only a mattress pad. The stains on the pillowcase were quite disturbing. The bathroom door was not in good condition. The room boy who delivered the key was late, made an appointment at 3 pm, arrived at 3.30 and rushed to hand over the receipt, seemed unwilling to be open to showing all the inventory and its condition to the customer. Be careful with the room boy who asked for the Travelio application to be opened and without permission immediately clicked 5 stars which should have been done by the tenant. The Travelio Chat Admin responded slowly and did not provide an adequate solution. I decided to leave on the second day ((only stayed 1 night) of the 4 nights we rented because the condition was disappointing with slow response. Refunds cannot be made as a consequence. I am disappointed with the condition of this stay and also disappointed with Travelio. Traveloka must be more selective so as not to be involved with 3rd party services like this. The only good service is the presence of 4 clean and new towels, and strong shower water. It is not recommended to stay in the unit and you must be wise and more careful if you want to use Travelio services that do not serve consumers well according to my experience. Thanks.
