Stayed at UrCove by Hyatt Forbidden City – unbeatable location near the Palace, but the Executive Room was just average. Comfortable enough, but lacked the premium feel I expected. Service was polite, overall a decent choice if you're after convenience over luxury.

The location is strategic, close to the forbidden city, the staff are friendly and helpful, the staff speak mandarin but are quick to help with translations for non-mandarin languages. It's just that there is only 1 lift access to the reception which makes waiting quite long, but the view on the reception floor is very nice to enjoy the sunset.
