I booked a room that was written for 2 adults on the app, when I checked in I was with my husband and 3 children, the officer didn't inform me about the paid policy for children but when we had breakfast, he informed me that children would be charged an additional fee.. Very disappointed with your service... I've stayed there not once, many times and always brought children but this year's service is disappointing.

The water was black from early morning until check out at 11.30, the information is that the pump was broken, from the front and lobby to the top floor it was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned, the service could be improved

Overall, highly recommended. Don’t judge it by the star rating—the gym, rooms, and restaurant are all really good. The staff are friendly, and it’s within walking distance to PAI, so you can get some exercise too. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in Tegal.
