I tried to talk with staff and owner. electricity off, room not being cleaned they say coz I got the key and only by request. They even gave me holes towels, not active tv but they said I need to be patient. yes I did it, but I left it coz they can't serve it well.

for god shake this hotel is horrible nightmare!!! dirty, staff not proffessional, the rate is unbelieveble not make sense, even my room is not being cleaned, better you get another hotel or you will fucking regret!

Booking has been a long time. Right on the date, it was moved, with the excuse of being full, without prior confirmation! Very disappointing! Unprofessional!

The place is dirty, the pillowcases are dirty and smelly, towels are not given if not asked for, the TV is just a display, the AC is leaking, the toilet is clogged. Don't want to repeat it again, there is no guard/receptionist.
