I checked in at 8:30 PM. Unfortunately, when I wanted to take a shower, the water wouldn't come out because the filter was being cleaned. I had to wait 30 minutes to take a shower.

Can't check in early as in the description, the room atmosphere is not the same as in the picture, the bathroom smells of urine, the mattress is hard, the staff is not careful

The service was friendly. I needed small things like packing boxes, borrowing an umbrella, and so on, and everything was there. I was very satisfied with that. The location was very strategic, making our vacation easy. The room was comfortable, and security was guaranteed.

For a location close to the city center, just a little west, you'll reach Malioboro. Everything is fine, but the lack of an elevator makes it less than ideal. The third floor is a good leg workout. Parking is okay.
