Super bad service and quality. I am not satisfied with the customer support when the customer did not arrive on time and I had to pay a high additional fee. When I asked for support, it was not resolved satisfactorily. The bathtub did not drain because it was old and made my personal life quite inconvenient. The slippers in the room were too painful to walk in. The receptionist was not polite when talking to customers. The price I paid was not worth the service I received.
