We didn't know we had to chat two days in advance, so on the day of the event, it took hours for WhatsApp messages to be answered. We were only able to check in at 8:00 PM, and we were already looking for another hotel.

Yesterday, we stayed here with 4 people, 3 adults and 1 child. The location is really close to Bukit Bintang. You can walk to Bukit Bintang MRT, Lot 10, Fahrenheit, Pavilion, Sungei Wang, and TRX. In front of the apartment building there is a 7-Eleven and next to the apartment is a mini market. When you enter the lobby, go straight to the locker room, there is an envelope symbol in front of it for self-check-in, according to the instructions given by WA by the host. When we entered the unit, we were confused because there was only 1 bed even though there were 4 of us, it turned out that the folding mattress was in the closet along with the sheets and blankets. The facilities in this studio unit are very complete, there is a wash and dry washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, steam iron, hairdryer, TV, tableware, etc. Towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, everything is already there. No need to buy mineral water every day, just bring a tumbler because there is a water machine next to the sink that is safe to drink. The only drawback is that you cannot leave your belongings after checking out. Yesterday, we asked the front office in the lobby to leave our luggage for about 3 hours after check-out and were told to pay RM50. However, if we wanted to leave our luggage before check-in, it was free.

Near shopping center, MRT Bukit*, restaurant. Check in/out follow the instructions from WhatsApp. Easy and fast. Clean room. But not big, enough for 2 people. Bringing a large bag is a bit difficult to maneuver.

A strategically located hotel with plenty of eateries nearby. Yesterday, we took a room for six.

The room was very nice, clean, and very comfortable. Complete facilities. Strategic location. Easy access everywhere. The only downside was the security guard or whatever who sat at the desk where we reported to check in. He was very unfriendly. 😏 By the way, thank you, Kanti is very helpful and always responds quickly.

the room is clean but too small

Overall, my family was satisfied with our stay here. The photos also match the app. There are 3 rooms with a total of 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. 2 futon beds are also provided, so a total of 7 people can sleep. There are 7 towels and pillows, so those sleeping on futon beds don't need to worry. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. The room is located on the 37th floor, on the same floor as the gym and swimming pool. We used the washing machine, hair dryer, and cooking utensils. Everything was clean. Check-in and checkout were smooth. Internet, water heater, and AC were all in place. The only downside was that the room wasn't cleaned (we don't know how to request it, maybe because it's not a hotel (?)). And the elevator was busy, so we had to wait patiently. Access is close to Bukit Bintang Lot 10, just a 7-minute uphill walk. Please note, there is no luggage storage for checkout, but there is for check-in.

There are 3 rooms, suitable for bringing family or friends. Enjoy here

Overall we had a pleasant stay over here. Only that the lifts were really packed up almost all the time , if you stay, you need to be mindful for the time.
