The room is large, with two bedrooms with double beds, a living room, and two bathrooms with hot water. Upstairs, there's a pool where you can take photos of the KL Tower and Petronas Towers. It's especially beautiful at night. The customer service was very helpful, sending someone to pick up trash and providing plastic bags, tissues, and water. We only stayed for three nights, so we didn't get room service. You can cook, heat food in the microwave, and do your laundry. I think it's fine for a short trip.

Went on a family trip with my wife and daughter. We wanted a bigger and more comfortable place, so we paid for an upgrade at the counter and got a suite. The suite was big, clean, and had its own kitchen and living room. The bed was comfy, and my daughter really loved the place. The staff were super friendly and nice. We had a great time and will definitely come back again.

Very nice staycation! Only 400 meters from MRT, Twin Towers only 15 minutes walk and very convenient location. Cool infinity pool, and very clean and very comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff...highly recommended

Very Recommended, i would stay here again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur..very comfortable and strategic location, the view was great..
