Convenient location, many restaurants nearby. The room is okay, clean and well-equipped. The waiting area at the reception is a bit cramped.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked for 2 days and 3 nights, and upon arrival, they claimed the electricity and water were out, so they transferred me to a second hotel. I checked in at 6:30 PM, but by 10:00 PM, my family said there were no rooms available and asked me to move to a third hotel. My belongings were left scattered around the reception desk. The third hotel room was dirty and old, and they didn't even pay for my transportation after the third move. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The soundproofing is poor, the mattress squeaks, and there doesn't seem to be any hot water.

Clean, lovely staff Easy going because I hired a makeup artist so there were a lot of people coming in but the hotel still accepted I left my luggage for 1 day and the hotel was still ok

poor toilet, room quality is not ok. fridge and bathroom are dirty, looks terrible, looks like they haven't been cleaned in a month. Overwhelming. Will never come back again.

Support staff enthusiastic, friendly

hot weather really need a refrigerator to use, but the minibar of this hotel is like a decoration, not useful at all. When I checked in, opened the wardrobe, there was still dirty blanket from the previous guest, messy, smelly and very unpleasant.

The room is not like the photo, old and dilapidated, the room is not clean because of hair and stains left by previous guests, hot water is sometimes available and sometimes not available, very inconvenient, the staff is confused when guests ask anything but they don't answer, agreed to let guests check in early because guests will check out early but when guests check out, they demand an additional fee of 400k (early check-in fee) = the price of the room guests rented even though guests have paid the full room fee in advance on traveloka, promised guests to rent motorbikes in advance but when guests arrived, they said there were no motorbikes, in general, they don't care about guests, extremely bad experience with this hotel.

I really like the service of the staff here. Friendly and welcoming. The only thing is that my room has a single bed but it is not 1 bed but 2 beds put together, so the sleeping position is different but still put together. Minus points for that part. As for the room, I think it is okay for the price I paid.
