We always book this hotel wherever we’re doing a transit flight in Singapore. The hotel is always reliable, near the station/Changi Airport, next to Changi Point Mall. The bedroom & bathroom were clean and tidy. All the amenities were proper. The king bed was huge and comfy.

It's the best place to stay for your first flight in the morning, as it's the closest to Changi Airport. It's directly connected to the station, so you won't get wet even in the rain.

The shortcut way from Expo Station to hotel only open before 9/10pm and after 6am. Unfortunatelly I came after 10pm and check out early 6am (even I wait until 6.10am that day the door hasnt open yet) so I have to walk a turn around. In check in process I wait a bit long because there was a group of delayed flight, there only 1 concierge serving.

I was check in quite late and the staff was very nice and quick to proceed. The room really nice, worth for me to stay after long flight. Feels like home…

Best option if you want to stay near the airport and have easy access to the city and airport by MRT. Friendly staff, clean and comfy room, great pool.

Very good location. One stop from Changi Airport and next door is the City Center Mall. So many options for food and shopping. The room is very spacious and well-cleaned. Staff are also nice.

Not happy, had to wait for almost 1 hour to check in and the receptionist was not very nice. We had a really late flight and early flight the next morning.
