A less than satisfactory stay. 1. When I first entered the room, there was a used mineral water bottle (consumed by the previous person) still in the room. 2. The floor was a bit dirty and had crumbs from the previous person's food. 3. This was the most disappointing part: I booked an executive room, but the AC wasn't cooling at all. I ended up asking to be moved, but was given a lower-level deluxe room without any compensation, claiming the room size wasn't much different. But I was too lazy to argue, as it was a family vacation. Luckily, the staff was quite responsive.

The airplane cabin room was nice, when I entered the room there were still bottle caps left by the previous user, stains on the pillowcase, hopefully they have all been replaced. When I wanted to borrow a bowl, suddenly there was a new rule that per day borrowing cutlery costs 25k but gets 1 bottle of mineral water. The food in the restaurant is not varied, the restaurant is not spacious enough so customers have to queue. I rented 2 rooms, the other room, the amenities were not complete, asked for them then given. Overall okay... hopefully there are often promotions so it's cheaper.
