The location is in a rather dangerous area, near the hotel there is a street discotheque that plays loud music making noise and there are many female entertainers, the bathroom is rather dirty and the toilet flush button is broken and has not been replaced, what is annoying is when I prayed the Dhuhr prayer at 12.10 the room was knocked on and said that the checkout time was up and a fine would be imposed, even though the receptionist had previously called me asking if I wanted to extend it or finish it, I said I wanted to check out but wanted to pray the Dhuhr prayer first, it turned out that there was no tolerance for a few minutes just to pray, for travelers who want a comfortable rest, I do not recommend this hotel

First time coming to Bitung and surprised there is a hotel as good as this with a price that is worth it. The room is quite good for me who is a solo trip, the bathroom is also clean and has hot water. It's just maybe a bit noisy at night because of the sound from outside, the rest is safe. The staff and receptionist are friendly, good.

A few things need updating, the area was very untidy and noisy. Room was OK but an extra clean would make all the difference.

The hotel staff is very friendly, local cuisine in front of the hotel is available in the morning, afternoon and evening. The hotel is owned by Indonesian Manado citizens. Booking on Traveloka is easy. Mandatory deposit of 200k.
