Location excellent for food and getting around Paris. The staff was particularly helpful with information, dining choices and local attractions. We were met by the manager upon checkin and welcomed to the property. I would absolutely return to this property.

The room was smaller than anticipated, but well appointed, staff were fantastic. Major issues with Expedia booking system, still not resolved over a week later

Clean, quiet, good spot

After having had our flight cancelled at the airport and the need to find accommodation quickly our nightmare of a day turned out to be the best aa we found what can only be discribed as a hidden gem of a boutique hotel, the Filigrane is stunning. Staff were so helpful, rooms were faultless and breakfast didnt disappoint, the best croissants we've ever tasted. After arriving late we decided to explore, literaly 3 mins walk to the end of the street snd there was everything we could have wished for. Lovely bars and restaurants, following day got even better, 10 mins to the Opera house, amazing shopping , literally everything to explore Paris. We will most definitely return to this hotel, we unfortunately didnt have time to enjoy the pool and spa, gutted!!.. apparently the beautiful decor of the hotel had only recently been done, bathroom and bedroom didnt disappoint, lovely big shower, cant wait to return, its a gem!

Lovely welcome from Yuri. Beautiful lobby and restaurant area. The room was well appointed and clean. Loved the coffee/tea options along with robes & slippers. The location was very convenient. The spa was lovely although it was not easy to reserve the pool as they allow non hotel guests to use the facilities which is a negative. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful one night stay. It was the start of our honeymoon and we came a day early and needed a hotel for the night. The staff is amazing. Victor was especially wonderful to us. An asset to your hotel. Wonderful location, Charming clean,comfortable beds. We would def stay here on our next trip.
