When I checked in, four women were sitting at the reception desk whispering and laughing, who knows what they were laughing about! Do they know that this behavior is embarrassing? Please fix this! They need to be taught how to serve guests well!

The water is blocked, not clean, the staff response is not fast, drinking water is bought yourself, no double stay.
