The hotel was very disrespectful when welcoming guests, it was written on the information board that they were using a breakfast buffet, but when asked, they said that the number of guests did not require it, so they could only order food. Booked a room with 2 beds (3-4 guests) but only had 2 towels, and the number of breakfast vouchers was also only 2 vouchers. Note that they needed a room on the ground floor but they arranged for guests to stay on the 1st floor (without any prior notice or apology...) The power went out all day and could not be fixed... guests stayed to relax but did not feel comfortable at all... even though they spent 1 million VND + tax of nearly 1,200,000 VND/night, they did not feel it was worth the money spent. Will never return to this hotel. Do not rate this hotel as 3-4 stars. Infrastructure and service are very poor.

This place is a motel, not a resort. The room is smelly, the bathroom is dirty, there are no lights. The shared room is terrible. Think about it later and name the resort differently.

Khách sạn không đạt chuẩn 3 sao. Phục vụ không chuyên nghiệp. Khi đến check in hỏi đặt phòng chưa? Đặt app nào? Bao nhiêu tiền? Sao đặt trên app được? Phải đứng chờ kiểm tra, cho nhận phòng sau đó đưa phòng ngợp quạt hút kêu to như máy cày, tối ngủ bị con gì cắn đầy người. Hôm sau đổi phòng khá hơn 1 chút,quạt hút vẫn ồn không có wifi. Trang thiết bị rất cũ kỹ. Ăn sáng đã bao gồm trong giá phòng thì nhân viên hỏi thu tiền, hỏi giá p có ăn sáng không? Blabla…. Ôi trải nghiệm rất không hài lòng, sẽ không bao giờ quay lại khách sạn này!😇
