This was a great hotel located next to a convenient Tram station. They were very kind and attentive, and the free cappuccinos were an excellent way to start the day! The room was clean and comfortable, we had a great stay.

Excellent property with incredible room. Easy to catch local transportation or walk easily to many local restaurants and attractions.

Perfect stay, like the area, good insonorisation of the rooms Staff Excellent, breakfast all good except if you are Very picky. We would go back (only things is that it is not a 5 stars hotel)

The hotel is in a decent area that has easy access to public transportation. It’s about a 20 minute walk to most shopping and dining options. It felt safe to walk around at night. Staff was friendly but almost everything is self service.

We arrived late after a long day and the clerk could not have been more helpful. The check in process was easy and the staff person was extremely helpful. The room was clean and quiet!

Excellent spacious clean room, stay, and service… breakfast was delish, and I loved all the baristas! The best cappuccinos and service always with a smile… I don’t think I heard a NO once! Thx for a fabulous stay in Firenze!!

Great hotel, fantastic staff, convenient location, lovely room.

Though I know this is supposed to be a fuss free property, it would be good to provide a kettle for us to make hot drinks on our own rather than to travel out to get hot water.

Our favorite hotel that we stayed at in Italy. The staff was so nice and offered restaurant recommendations! The bar area was very cool and the rooms were nice. Good beds, very clean, great shower. And we walked to everything we wanted to, about 15-20 min walk from all the sights! We would stay here again if we got to go to Florence again! I would tell friends or family to stay here.

Modern quite and clean

The staff provided a really friendly and accommodating service and the room and facilities were great. The self check-in process is a little lengthy but the staff are on hand to walk you through it.
