Overall it's okay, but there are still a few shortcomings, the phone often turns on by itself, and this happens often, please improve the system and so on, because it's a bit annoying.

The place is comfortable and clean, with a fairly cheap price so it is really worth it.

The hotel smells nice and is clean, and the service is friendly. It's close to Aeon Sentul. The price is affordable for a place like this. The sheets and towels are clean and fresh.

Overall, the accommodation was nice, but the TV signal was weak, so I couldn't watch anything, and there was no food service. So I was confused about where to eat.

The guest house is clean, the room size is okay, and it's quite spacious... but the TV and Wi-Fi signal are very poor 😢 It's a shame... Oh, one more thing: there's no drinking water provided in the room, but there's a water dispenser in the corridor, but the glasses provided in the room are very small 🥺 so you have to get water several times. If the glasses could be replaced with larger ones or a water jug/pitcher provided, it would be better. Overall, the guest house is okay 👍 The staff are all polite, friendly, and helpful 👍

The location is somewhat of a hidden gem. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The cleanliness is excellent. The elevator is very helpful when carrying heavy luggage. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable. The receptionist is also friendly and helpful. There's also a minimarket about 500 meters from the hotel. Overall, this place is very good!

The place is clean, as pictured, and the staff is friendly. It's a shame there's no cafe, so you have to order food from outside.

A pretty good place to stay, but unfortunately there were lots of spiders in the room we stayed in. I suggest paying more attention to the cleanliness of the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, including the valet attendant who helped direct parking in the basement and gave me a good spot.

I didn't expect to get such a clean and affordable accommodation. I could also relax in the afternoon at the coffee shop. What a memorable two nights at Saptama Family! Will come back for sure.

Good accommodation, just opened in September 2024, so the information is that the beds and rooms are still really comfortable. But it seems like the room I stayed in was not really cleaned thoroughly, there were still tissue fragments and hair on the floor. Hot water did not come out in the morning. The room is suitable for newlyweds, not suitable for bringing children, cramped

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is satisfying, but because there is no breakfast, I have to have breakfast in the morning because the location is strategic so there are lots of people selling it.
