Can request room and fast service

Everything is okay, I've been here many times and have never been disappointed.

The room is clean, comfortable, the bathroom is also clean.

The staff responded quickly, the room was nice, comfortable, and clean (the downside was the shower had a small outlet). 🥹 Otherwise, it was great. The room with the city view and pool was also cool. I will definitely stay here again next time 🫶

The hotel staff was slow to respond when checking in, when confirming check-in via WhatsApp, they were also slow to reply to chats, had to call first before replying, when we arrived at the hotel we had to wait more than 1 hour to get the room key, and for the room review, the room was actually nice and smelled good, the AC was cold but there were lots of dried liquid stains on the bed blanket & there were no towels at all

It's so bad. Slow service, had to wait 1 hour because the room wasn't available even though it was late check in. Room cleanliness is not adequate. Ordered 2 rooms but only got 1 room, not synchronized with the order from the Traveloka system.

don't come here if you can. the staff didn't come even though it was very hot outside. I had already sent a WA saying I would come at 1 but it seemed like it was deliberately delayed. in the end I didn't stay because I couldn't stand waiting in the very hot weather.
