Booked for Harry Styles and was perfect. The aircon is brilliant and the room was spacious. No noise during the night so slept well. Bathroom is great and toilet is perfect height for people with Stoma Bags. Only thing to mention, there was no plug near the mirror which made getting ready a bit of a challenge. Overall, would recommend.

Bitten by bed bugs . Mattress was invested ! How this was missed by cleaning staff is totally unacceptable. Staff at reception were helpful in moving us to a different room for second night although bed was clean the bath room had an unacceptable odour made worse when having a shower. Staff gave us plastic bags to put our clothes to avoid possible transmission of bugs to car and home as my husband has stage four cancer and I have compromised immunity . Whole experience was horrendous.

Overall place was beautiful friendly staff and room was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Nice and clean huge shower and lovely little studio feel with fridge cooker dishwasher and sink as well as seating area good size wardrobe and tv. Bed very comfortable. We stayed just for one night after a concert and was great walking distance and reasonable in price. Will be staying again when in the area.

Ark was very comfortable and very clean. We have decided to stay here long term as a result. A special thanks to the concierge Norman for being so helpful and facilitating our stay.

A really brilliant place to stay. 2 mins to Wembley Stadium. Wonderful staff who couldn’t be more helpful.

Clean and comfortable. Close proximity to concert venue and restaurants and cafes. Would recommend.

Great location, really nice rooms with everything you could need

Good place to stay, stayed two nights, unfortunately didnt have our room cleaned after night 1, which would've been great. But it was a good stay. I would also suggest the TV and apps used are very minimal. Only have the BBC app, channel 4 and YouTube and its restricted to those apps only. Its a Samsung smart TV, so not sure why the apps are restricted to those 3. Everything else was good.

Good location by Wembley. Smart and clean, and an unexpected surprise to have some continental breakfast options.

Close to everything you need, the staff are friendly and easy to get to! The rooms are lovely, only downside was that our shower door, one of the hinges was off so we had to be careful opening the door. It was minor but the only thing

Compact room with an awkwardly positioned bed. Staff not very forthcoming with information about stay.

Onlyn one bpan in kitchen madevit difficult to cook much. But everything else was good.

The kichen, well, the 2 rings and a microwave, no toaster or oven. So hardly a chefs kitchen !!
