I find this place so dirty, was the most bad experience that we have, smelling, cigarettes nuts everywhere? I highly suggest don’t use your money there’

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable to use. The bed sheets had holes in them, making the room feel poorly maintained. The parking area and garbage bins outside the lobby were also dirty, which gave a poor first impression of the property. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and no protein choices available.

Affordable and decent accommodation if you lower your initial expectations

Even though it was a smoking room, there should have been less of an odor. They had the air conditioning on full, with the door wide open to probably try and reduce the smell.

Easy to get connected to metro system by short bus ride

Our blanket wasn't clean and had hair all over it. We asked for a replacement, but it wasn't changed until the next day after we asked a second time. There was also a loud noise coming from the roof, which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, it was okay, but our expectations were much higher given the price.

The room was fine, although small. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was very disappointing, especially since we had stayed at the Super 8 in Brockville the night before where the room was much nicer and the breakfast was great. In Montreal, the breakfast consisted of bread which you could toast, a choice of two cereals, some unappealing bananas and 1 apple. There were only forks to eat with - no spoons for cereal or knives for spreading anything on the toast. Brockville had bagels and yogurt and hard boiled eggs and waffles, plus.

Room was clean , staff was very courteous and helpful as I needed directions in Montreal .
